    Had a pretty bad experience with this store. Visited on Sat, 5/21/22 and worked with Thomas. I shared that I've got a conference coming up in June and needed some new suits- I mentioned that I was ready and willing to spend a few thousand bucks to achieve this. Thomas was very helpful and spent time with me to make sure I was targeting the right sizes and styles. Due to my bulky build I needed a certain style and size that they didn't have in the store (50 regular). Thomas took my info, told me he would try to get these sizes in, and told me he would call me in a "few days" once the suits arrived. We were willing to look past his unending desire to talk about himself and full life life story for almost an hour after the business was finished because we thought he would be just as thorough and energetic with helping me find good suits. We were wrong. On Friday the 27th, I emailed him stating that I am ready and willing to do business this weekend and look forward to his call. No response to my email and still no call. On Saturday the 28th, I called and was told Thomas wasn't there - the woman who answered made it clear that because I was working with Thomas I needed to wait (no interest in helping me herself). On Sunday the 29th, I called and got Thomas on the line. He told me to come in on Monday the 30th and both he and the suits would be there- plain and simple verbiage. I shared the time I was planning to arrive and he assured me he had what I needed. I show up on Monday the 30th, and not only is he not there (maybe something happened- no problem) but none of the suits that he said would be there were there either.I spoke to a guy with short blond-ish looking hair and shared my frustration about not having any contact and multiple promises broken from Thomas. He took my cell (wrote it correctly - I saw it) and actually stated "no matter what I will personally call you today so you don't waste anymore time." Guess what? Never heard from him either. Over the past two weeks I learned that if Brooks Brothers doesn't need my business bad enough to treat me with minimal respect. What started as a wonderful experience with Thomas turned into a guarantee that someone else gets my couple thousand dollars. I also cancelled a transaction elsewhere because of the promise made by Thomas and now I'm stuck with no suits.

    The shopping experience has been rough. First, they didn't have sizes which is understandable. No Problem. However, We placed a shipping order. The address was completely wrong and I had to go back as we need the shirts for a job. There was no apology. I had to pay for parking again and was late for dinner. The associate said he had to email some department and would follow up ASAP. I didn't hear anything and called back. Eventually this was "expedited" which should have been done immediately. When I asked to speak with a Manager they put him on...he was not a manager-additionally I requested to be opted out of advertising emails which are inundated my inbox. I can't unsubscribe as I need shipping information. UPDATE: FED EX just called shipping address was STILL wrong..Unbelievable. The store was not crowded why was this so difficult? Never Again!!!!!
