The worst customer service ever! Called them over the weekend after signing up online for my clothes to be picked up and dry cleaned. Spoke with a rep that gave a phone number of the driver to text for my clothes to be picked up. I texted the driver and never heard back even though he read my message. Called the store and they kept giving me the run around which wasted my time at work. There is absolutely nothing “Dependable” about this business. If this is how they treat potential new customers I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Quick and top quality, work done in house. I've recently had a jacket and various other articles of clothing repaired here and they've done a great job with each item. But most importantly the staff is top notch and always smiling.
