Knowledgeable and explain how they are healing you while not patronizing.
I have been to multiple chiropractors in the past (all treated the acute pain but never a long term fix) and the very well known surgery group in CO (just said arthritis and can’t be fixed)
Over the past 10 months I went from having constant pain and limited movement in my neck to waking up pain free. Plus with Covid the office is kept extremely clean and they consider everyone’s overall health.
