I signed up with A perfect fit about 3 weeks ago and will start my first Job next week. I am super excited and could be more thankful for the wonderful team of the nanny agency who has supported me so much in every step! The team is super motivated, positiv and always there if you have any questions or concerns. Everything that was needed to get done (like back ground check, drug screening eg.) was well organized and done in a day! I especially want to thank Caeli and Kara for always being so patient and competent in answering all my questions. You guys rock! You have found me my perfect match and I am so ready to start this new chapter!

My husband and I just hired a nanny through this agency. We both work full time with a very demanding schedule, and we were looking for a reliable live-in nanny. A Perfect Fit communicated with us immediately upon inquiry to discuss our unique needs, posted our job within their nanny network, provided us with candidates (and set up our interviews for us), and performed reference checks with detailed dictations. We had our nanny hired within 3 weeks of initially communicating with this agency. They are organized in communicating cost, inclusions, exclusions, etc. Communication is efficient. We explored MANY agencies nation wide, and this was by far and away the easiest to work with. Nothing but great things to say and highly recommend!

I always wanted to work with Perfect Fit Nanny. They work with good families and they are very professional. Kara Claudine helped with my hiring process and she was very nice, great professional, good communicator. What a liked about the agency is they have a safety line when you go to an interview with the family. Made me feel secure. I highly recommend this agency not only for Professional Nannies but for families too!
