Absolutely terrible service. Dropped my car off at 2 pm for an alignment, with promise to be ready at 6....at 530 I get a call that a stack of tires "fell" on their computer preventing it from being done. I get it stuff happens, they tell me that they will be getting it done first thing in the morning. I call at 930, 10 and 1030 with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. At 2 pm, 24 hours later...I call again and they say it was unable to be services. At all due to other parts needing serviced prior. Why couldnt anyone call me to tell me? I guess it's up to me to call and see when my car will be done. At 3 pm I went to pick my car up only to find out that their mechanic had an emergency and took my keys home. Now tying my vehicle up for 3 days for what should've been an hour service. Like why on earth are my keys even close to the pocket of the mechanic? They are to be placed in the service sleeve when not working on the vehicle and in the ignition when in service. Lack of professionalism and customer service at its finest here people. Do not trust your vehicle there, they are crooks and shady as can be. Not to mention I'm calling to file a grievance with their corporate office and have been on hold for 30 minutes now.
