A few weeks prior to a cross country RV trip, our large slide quit working. Matt, the owner, was able to get our rig in and said he'd get the slide fixed in time for the trip, if possible. It took numerous hours by Steven (technician) to diagnose several issues--at the top of the list are two motors, circuit board/wiring issues, and broken nuts/pins. Our rig was finished just in time for our trip (due to parts being expedited and dedicated hours by Steven). Wandell, the office manager, was patient/professional during my daily status calls, Steven kept digging deeper to discover all the issues, Matt was always upfront with the status of repairs. Honestly, it was like an RVers dream to be able to talk with the technician or owner directly AND to have the phone answered by a professional, caring person!!! Highly recommend this RV repair service.

This is the first place I have EVER felt like they were doing right by me. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and did superior work. There is not enough room to explain how great they were! They definitely have my business for life.

We needed an emergency repair done, and the owner agreed to squeeze us in the next day. The repair needed a specific tool, and when it could not be found, the technician made his own tool! It worked like a charm, and we were soon back on the road. It was a pleasure to work with such an innovative company.

The RV guys were great! They helped me repair a complicated electrical issue that no one else could handle. They worked quickly and effectively, are super customer oriented, and were very fair in how they charged me. I would highly, highly recommend them. They are way out of my way, but it's the only place I'll bring my RV in the future. Service: Electrical
