        Sold me a product that didn't work. When I inquired about getting the items returned they called the product manufacturer to verify he went out to take a look, he said he would process a return. When I inquired again about the return was hit with a 35% restocking fee. I have worked in the construction industry for years and and never paid a 35% restock when I was sold a product that didn't work. Expensive lesson to learn do not repeat my mistake there are other waterproofing companies in Denver to select from
