        I have a elderly customer who doesn't know who installed her security door. "Old castle" is printed on the glass so I called to try and track it down for her. Your Lady was rude, short with me and no help at all. I guess since i wasn't a whole sale buyer she didn't want anything to do with me.

        Horrible communication and they don't care about your small projects, I guess customer service only comes with major projects. I'd rather risk ordering online and having it broken then making a account with them.
