We have planning this remodel for 5 years, so we had a good idea what we wanted. We were referred to them by our counter top guy. Jim and James both worked with us on the planning and materials. They were not pushy at all and let us make our choices in our time. James came to do the measure and we discussed options, with no pressure to change or spend more. COVID happened in the middle of the planning so we held off on the order for a few weeks. When we were ready to move forward, James got the order in and we waited. The manufacturer was dealing with backlog from the shut down and was challenging to get updates for scheduling the other contractors, but James kept us informed as best he could. We used an installer he recommended and the work was completed timely and to our satisfaction. There was only a small issue with some trim work, but we were able to fix it but had to order more trim pieces and replace a few doors that came warped (not his fault). James was totally awesome and didnt charge us for additional trim. At times we played phone and email tag, but they always took care of what we needed.

James Bowser is the most dishonest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the remodeling construction business and I have been in the flooring business for 20 years. The product was excellent because it came from Denver Hardwood a very reputable supplier. The problem is when you have extra material and you return 3 boxes he feels hes entitled to charge you a restocking fee even when the company you return it to didn't charge him a restocking fee I returned the product for my
homeowner's myself so they didn't even pick up the product and return it. Communication with this company is horrible and when asked for a breakdown of the bill and stuff he refused. If I could give a zero stars I would have. I would steer far clear of this business they just care about the money and not the customer.

I've had a poor experience with Bowser Kitchen and Bath. I was told by the owner that he'd get back to me, as I've been asking for a breakdown of my tile cost that we ordered through them, and that never happened. They work only with contractors so basically even though I was the one giving them the money (my check made out to them) they were unable to disclose my receipts and costs to me the client/purchaser. We also ordered the Aristokraft cabinets through them, and found a few of the cabinets have visible seams where they shouldn't have - now whether this is Bowser or the cabinet company - I'm not sure.
Update: here are a couple photos of our cabinets. Lines apparent and workmanship not what we expected.

Excellent products and honest owners! I wasn’t a fan of the first cabinet line I was shown so they showed me more and I found the perfect one for me. I was contemplating putting hardwood in and James showed me the difference between unfinished and prefinished. He educated me a lot about hardwood and I ended up buying my hardwood through them as well. The prices are fair and they deliver on time! If you’re not happy with what you’re originally shown, speak up because they carry many lines of cabinetry as well as flooring whether it’s hardwood or tile! They also know contractors if you’re in need of one. They are a one stop shop for your remodeling needs and they stand behind their word! I would go through Bowser’s for another remodel.
