Bad managment can't seem to ever get it right. Go to a different siding supply the service here is very bad.

I have been using Colorado Siding Supply for the last year. I had no problem them until early this spring. I had a couple piece of metal siding that was installed incorrectly and not noticed until Mid January. We installed the roof and siding in late November. I stopped in to pick up an additional square but they stopped stocking the product. We went ahead and ordered the siding and scheduled it to be delivered the following week. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called them in hopes of getting some answers. No one had any information and I was told they would get back with me. Another week goes by so I call in again. This is where CSS earned my business back. I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of "JC". He acknowledged that the order fell through the cracks and had not been ordered yet. HE paid extra for the siding to be rushed delivered to Denver from Kansas. He didn't try to blow smoke up my a**, he just admitted they made a mistake and did everything in his power to rectify the situation. I have a huge amount of respect of "JC" and his ability to work with customers.
