I hired Ashley to do my make up for my professional headshots. I've had my make up done professionally quite a few times now for various reasons and the job she did for me was my favorite yet! I booked Ashley to do our wedding (bride + 5 bridesmaids) based on her amazing instagram page and previous work. A month before our wedding I reached out to her to check in about details and a week after sending the email, she informed me she would no longer be able to do makeup services for our wedding by herself and was trying to find an additional artist and would let me know. This was after she signed an agreement to be the only makeup artist. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact her by email I ended services and had to scramble to find a makeup artist. I completely understand covid and all of the surprises that comes with a pandemic. I also can completely sympathize with small business owners, however her lack of follow up and organization added to an already stressful time-I would not recommend you attempt to book her.

I cant say enough positive things about Ashley and her team! I started seeing her for regular facials about six months before my recent wedding. She is all around great vibes; easy to talk to, makes sure youre well informed before every treatment (and definitely knows what shes talking about), and is such a calming presence to have on your big day. Scheduling is always easy and she made sure all 8 women were ready to go on time on the wedding day. Also shes literally a perfectionist with makeup and is so talented. Im really happy I picked her for wedding makeup and will continue to trust her for every event makeup / skin care treatment in the future!

Ashley is the best there is when it comes to makeup. I loved every minute about sitting on that chair for my makeup trials and the wedding day. In fact, I was so worried about everyone else that Ashley was like, what time do you have you and I had no idea. She made sure to have me done when I needed to be ready. I LOVED everything about my final look and she made sure everyone was just as comfortable as I was. I can never thank her enough for making me look great on the big day. You will not be disappointed when you choose Smash Beauty Bar.
