I stop going here because it's not clean and too expensive. Also braids did not hold. I see she calls every one with a complaint a liar. But what they say is true. Every one can't be lying. What should take 4-5 hrs takes 8-9 hrs. Too much socializing. Sometimes good work..... sometimes not good so I just quit going and found someplace else. Service: Braids

Overall, I like how my hair turned out. The owner was very attentive. They asked me several times if I was okay throughout the service. The price was reasonable given that I was getting almost waist-length knotless braids that took 8hrs. The experience was typical of an African Branding Shop; if You have never been to one; you might want to ask about It within your friend and family group. They specialize in hair braiding, not hair care. Here are my tips to have A great experience. 1. Come with your hair washed, blown out, and detangled for braids, especially if you are particular or tender-headed. You should be able to move a small tooth comb through your hair with ease. 2. This is not an in-and-out situation. The time it takes to finish your hair will depend on how many other customers are in the shop. 3. Prices are not set because they need to see the state of your hair and measure the complexity of the style in person. However, I feel the prices are pretty reasonable if you know how much time and effort the style your asking for works. 4. This is a family business. Everyone in the family does clients hair collectively. If you want only one person, to do your hair start to finish. Let them know that during the consultation.
