Javier was they stylist. 5 1/2 hours for highlights and color wash. no cut, no hair dry, no style. walked out with hair dripping wet. he didn't even wash my hair out. the salon assistant did it. for 2 of those hours I sat with bleach in my hair while I watched Javier color, cut, dry, style, AND put make up on another client. After that he left me in the sink area while he again attended to another client. Service was horrible with Javier. In the end the highlights and color were not worth 5 1/2 hours. He left my roots looking like zebras with orange stripes. I had to pay to go get it corrected.
