Called for an estimate and apparently they don't like to do their jobs because the receptionist made a big deal about getting me a self-pay estimate before going through my insurance, since they would have to schedule two separate estimate appointments...then when I asked if they could come look at my vehicle at my house (they're literally my across the street neighbors)instead of towing it across the street, they just said "no". When I asked why, they said "we don't do home visits"...I'm across the street!! That's not really a home visit. I could push it across but I'd rather do business with someone more understanding and helpful.

I dunno whats with Colfax branch. Twice we schedule for an estimate appointment. A guy whom they said to be the manager got our call. But on the day of appointment the front desk says we don't have appointment on file. It took us like a month to wait for this appointment and just find out that day we are there that we are not in their list. Big frustration because I see this lady thinks I'm just making it up. And like she's doing me a favor of getting the estimate done without appointment when I know we have one. We still go to the same place coz it's the closest in our address.
