This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any auto repair company. If I could give this company a ZERO I would. My car was brought to this company by tow after my accident on 10/25/2021. I initially was quoted that my vehicle would be ready for pick up on 12/03/2022 that would have been great had a new job setup and I thought that I would be able to get my car back before my start date on 12/05/2022 went in to pick up was told at that time they were waiting on parts so I could come back the second week of January to pick up the car went in January car still isn't ready was told dates for Feb,, March, April, May and June each time car is not ready. The shop stop calling and I could not contact anyone in regards to my vehicle it seems as if they completely ghosted me. I have called the Better Business Bureau to report this as well as reach out to Channel 9 News to no avail. Then I received a call stating that they will not complete my repairs and for me to pick up the vehicle went to the location no one was around it literally makes me sick to think my entire life has been affected by the fact that due to no fault of my own I may be homeless in less the 30 days because of transportation. I want to THANK YOU AUTO MAGIC FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

I recently got into an accident and had my car towed here and I can't tell you what a sigh of relief it was to find such a welcoming place to take care of my car. Lulu was beyond accomodating when it came to getting my car in and Jeremey came out into the lobby as I was filling out paperwork to introduce himself to me. He walked me through the process and was very professional, genuine and reassuring. Lulu, Jeremy and Walter all made me feel at ease after having a really rough couple of days after being hit and dealing with the insurance companies. This shop is absolutely incredible to work with. Jeremy is the man and he is super helpful and honest. I would trust this dude with my first born and we just met. They hooked me up with great pricing and helped me out to get my car looking better than ever. Just a really solid group of people and I'm so so happy with everything they have done for me. If there was a 10 star rating scale then, I wouldnt hesitate to give this team an 11/10 stars! So Ill settle for 5 stars instead. Initially, I took my vehicle in due to a negligent driver who hit me and ran. I called several places to take my car and this Collison shop stuck out amongst all the others! I spoke with the owner Jeremy, who was willing to help even if I took my business elsewhere! He scheduled me after I didnt find anyone that could match the integrity and did so without so much as an I told you! They also squeezed me in sooner than any other time span I was given by competing shops! I was given precise details about everything going on with the car, including ETAs about parts and how soon I could expect the work done! All of my questions were thoroughly answered and promptly I might add! I called for like half a second one day to try to get an update and then, I had to go back to work! The secretary/ mechanic, LuLu, called me back immediately with an update! She does it ALL so, be patient if shes not on her game that day! In summary, this shop is the pinnacle of customer service in this industry! All of the staff is wholesome and it feels just like the family member or friend thats helping with car issues! Staff like Flaco, who will make sure your needs are taken care of or, Victoria, who will make sure that car shines in the dark! Oh, AND lastly, the lounge area always smells immaculate for a automotive shop!
