I had an amazing experience with Matrix Autobody working through an insurance claim on my Subaru. Daryl was great to work with, he kept me updated on everything going on with the claim process and clear instructions on what I needed to do. Daryl also was awesome in helping me understand the timeline, what was being worked on and why. I only had to call them one time, otherwise Matrix always reached out first to keep me in the loop. These guys are clearly awash in business and don't need mine.  I called about getting an estimate to repair some previous damage on my daughter's car because the other driver's insurance had totaled the car.  I just needed an independent estimate of the cost to repair damage that was not from the most recent accident.  The guy on the phone was condescending and rude.  He claimed he would have to bring the car into the shop and completely disassemble it to give a repair estimate.  I've never heard such bs from a body shop before.If you need your Lexus or Ferrari repaired and have full insurance coverage these are the guys for you.  If not, go elsewhere - unless you enjoy being insulted by a bloviating jerk.

Took in my 19' GMC Terrain and I am stunned they did an amazing job ! Daryl is so polite and a professional highly recommend this place deff giving them 5 stars !
