Miles E Davies Mediation

Mr. Davies mediated my daughter's case. I sat in on the mediation and was so impressed that he was able to guide the parties to an equitable settlement in a matter in which the parties were so far apart. I truly expected a trial. He did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to retainh service in the future.

I don't know how he did it. Miles is amazing. He got my ex-wife to give me something in an hour an a half that I couldn't get with years of trying. Highly recommended.

My Mediation was a horrible experience. Miles was completely one sided and even my ex, whom I now get along with (clearly we did not during the Mediation), said that Miles would go from my room, where my attorney and I sat, to his room, where him and his attorney sat, and said negative things about me and laughed at my proposals. Miles was completely bias. It was then speculated that Miles knew the attorney representing my ex as you could hear them laughing and carrying on when we all first arrived. Not to mention that my ex's attorney was the one that chose Miles as our Mediator. Playing favorites is completely unprofessional, especially in this field! He also did no suggesting or assisting in actually "mediating," between the parties. I proposed something; he would take it to my ex. My ex would then deny the proposal, Miles would come back, tell me "no," and just sit there staring at me with his hand cupping his chin. I work in the legal field and do Mediations on a weekly basis. I've never met a Mediator so bias and unwilling to assist in actually helping come up with a solution. I do not recommend Miles for Mediations.
