I personally believe he is easily bought! If you need to deem someone incompetent, and have the $$ to do so, this is your man! *laughable* being a forensic Psychologist, while claiming that he isn't practicing law, is indeed practicing immoral behavior in my opinion. If you want the real truth about a loved one, please don't use this avenue, go to a REAL MD, a Neurologist and Psychiatrist. He is an Attorney, I believe he specializes in 'un due influence' and seemingly loves to use this phrase in court reports. My experience is too, he really used Ellen Trujillo's report that was filled with COMPLETE inaccurate info and actual lies. He deemed my mom incompetent however his report contradicted itself. Professional? I personally don't think so! When he states that he isn't practicing law and then uses it with his 'specialty of Un due influence' and then is this 'forensic psychologist' business, it pretty much sums it up for me! I have my recorded interview with him, do you think he put the truth into the report? Not the truth that I had given to him. Maybe it's time to retire Mr Kutz? I refuse to call you a doctor... LOL!
