I contacted the firm after being highly recommended even by another law firm and law enforcement. I see positive reviews and felt comfortable reaching out. I spoke to an attorney briefly and calmly about a severe cyber bullying attack Id been enduring that was also destroying my business. I don’t know what went wrong in the conversation but, for reasons I’ll never know, I was hung up on by the attorney. He got rude and snapped No, I won’t help you. I’m not sure how other people are getting such great service. REPLY: I would happily remove the review if ANY of this made sense.You are very convincing. I’d have be crazy to find you and pick on you. I wanted to hire you. But....this truly happened. I don’t know how you would have my phone number to compare whether you spoke to me or not based on a review. That bothers me. I called to leave a message. I called and a male answered after hours. I was surprised to be speaking to lead counsel after hours. I was so very surprised when I was hung up on. 1. I record my calls.. I would also have phone records. 2. I have no reason to single you out. I am in great need of legal counsel. 3. I honestly, almost believe you because of how compromised I am. I really don’t know why a business owner would act this way. But, everyone is human, whether professionally credentialed or not. It did happened. Maybe the phone lines were crossed. 4. This person did not speak with the conviction and integrity you exhibit in your reply to my review. 5. This really happened to me. The name of the firm I called is Marathon Law in Denver while looking at your website. 6. I don’t have any incentive to remove the review. I was talked to poorly and hung up on. 7. There are very few firms in your space that even contemplate cyber cases. The last thing I would do is leave an internet trail of lies and cookies for tracking. 8. I was not referred to another attorney due to lack of interest in case or you having a heavy caseload. 9. I wasn’t asked for my phone number or email address. I wasn’t followed up with by mail or email with a professional turn down message. I was asked my name. Explaining the case when I was suddenly shutdown and hung up on. Thanks for explaining yourself. It doesn’t line up with my personal experience.
