Albert (Bert) V. Evans is a highly respected attorney with years of experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, considerate and his perseverance will efficiently and effectively accomplish the task at hand. During my consultation regarding an inheritance I knew he was the one after only a couple of minutes into our conversation. Bert has what author (Donald Clifton) refers to as Command Strength and will take charge, speak up and make sure others are heard. With this strength he is straightforward, honest and ambitious. He was exactly what I was looking for. He clearly explained the process from start to finish and was a great asset to me. Bert will continue to be my go-to for any attorney needs. Several years ago I selected "Bert" based on his online reviews, which said (in part) that he was good at his job, reasonably priced, and above all friendly, not pretentious and had a sense of humor.Since I was quite upset at the time, those qualities fit the bill for me.  I found those all to be true.Bert was the perfect person to calmly fix my problem (which involved straightening out a mistake made by a previous lawyer).  I still appreciate his calm demeanor when I was panicked.  He got the problem solved much faster than I expected with less "drama" than I was fearing and less money too.SO of course, when a new issue came up regarding a renter problem, he was my first call.  Once again he responded almost immediately, giving me the information I needed.  We have been "fine tuning" strategies for several days by phone, e-mail and fax.  Bert gives me great peace of mind in  that he  clearly sees the problem, sorts out the issues, and understands how the  laws will be applied.I will keep him on "speed dial", that's for sure.

I was referred to Albert regarding a civil matter with quasi-government agency. He provided me with a no-cost phone consultation in which he told me what we could legally do and what our chances would be if we pursued the issue in court.He told me straight up what our chances were, which is slim. He did provide some guidance on wording for what will hopefully be our last letter to the organization.I know several lawyers, most of whom I would never consult, and Albert provided me with all of the information and guidance I needed.Thank you Albert!

I called for a consultation, and while Mr. Evans did not feel he was able to take my case, he gave me excellent advice. He was honest with me about the magnitude of my case and my chances of winning the case. I would absolutely reccomend him.
