image I acquired major dental anxiety after a bad experience with another provider, so I was extremely anxious when I first came to Espire. Every time I have been in the office, the team and Dr. Mac have been nothing but kind, friendly, and excellent at their jobs. Prior to my last appointment, my dental anxiety was flaring up again and I was so stressed when I came into office. However, Kayla's friendly and fun demeanor immediately put me at ease and she made the whole cleaning such a painless experience - It was the best cleaning that I have ever had! I feel so lucky to not have to stress when coming to the dentist anymore. Thank you guys!

image Today was the completion of getting an implanted tooth. Dr. MAC did a fantastic job. She is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. And all of the support staff from the front desk to the assistants were wonderful too. This evening I was at a dinner and the host asked me I would recommend Espire and I said YES, 100% and ask for Dr. MAC. In addition to being a stellar dentist, she is a funny and delightful person. Thank you Dr. MAC!!!

image In my 65 years, I have never seen such a patient UN-friendly practice. They send you a "Welcome to the practice" text (threat, actually) stating that if you cancel an appointment. They answer new patient calls, but all others go to voicemail that will not be returned! I have no clue where all the 5-star ratings came from (probably from their receptionists, who are too busy writing 5-star reviews to answer voicemails).
This is the Seven-Eleven of dental practices.You have been warned.

image The entire staff from admin to hygienists to dentist are communicative and efficient, and friendly. Everyone I've talked with seems to love where they work based on the brightness and energy they exude. I've been to a half-dozen visits here and each time I feel welcomed and comfortable, in what used to be a very UNcomfortable place for me to visit. Dr. Mac is knowledgeable and completely down to earth, and has a passion for communicating to her patients what she needs to do for you, and why. Never thought I'd get to a point where I don't dread a dentist visit, let alone look forward to it!

image I have had the worst experiences with dentists my whole life and Espire totally turned this around. I have been going to them for about 7 years now (before they were Espire - but they haven't changed) and would never look back. They are kind, innovative, real, friendly and just overall the best. When I first started going to them I had come off a string of truly awful dentists who didn't do their jobs, which left me in a really bad position with my teeth. I was young and they told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket for x-rays because my old dentist couldn't send them the right file after months of trying. I started crying due to the cost and within 4 minutes they came back into the room and let me know they would cover it on my behalf. That should tell you everything you need to know about this practice.
