I have lived at the community for years, the change in management has definitely impacted service here. My garage has been broken since March 13 and I keep getting false promises or no response at all. I am very disappointed with the new management team.

The staff are really nice, they seem to really care about the property and thier tenants. It is very quiet, you don't have to worry about someone's child running out in front of your car because they stay on top of thier tenants about thier children being unattended on the property. I had an issue with my fire place not working and they came out within 15-20 minutes to tend to the fire place and got someone out to fix it the next day. These townhouses are very nice, quite and clean. No loud noise at all they are very strict about that. I love it here. It cost a bit more but it is well worth it.

The apartments/townhomes themselves are overall pretty nice. I love the attached garage and fireplace. They do have some interesting quirks though such as no overhead lights in bedrooms [even though one has a ceiling fan] or living room.
I chose this property due to my wonderful experience and familiarity with the property management company; however, I was very wrong as they clearly are not held to the same standards. I was hoping to call this home for the next 3-5y I plan to live in Denver, but at this rate that is unlikely. (I'd like to note that they implied the difference might be due to the 'large' size of this community... but my previous LPC community had over 20k residents within 17 communities under the same branding/location... not an appropriate excuse.)
Upon move-in, my apartment was not clean and in need of many obvious repairs. The carpet was filthy and on further investigation it turned out that CP cancelled the carpet cleaning appt. They sent someone out the day after move-in to clean the carpets - so little bit of credit there. The other minor repairs took 3-4 weeks for them to address and complete (after I followed up twice). The slightly more complex repairs, several water spots in ceiling, were never addressed even after following up with them multiple times. Due to their negligence, six weeks later I had multiple leaks after a rain storm. I called/left vm, e-mailed, and put in an emergency maintenance request as soon as I noticed the leaks... no response after 9hrs. I finally got ahold of someone around closing time. I was informed that there were leaks throughout the property and that they are placing tarps on roofs until they can be replaced this summer. When I asked about the potential of mold - no answer. The leaks in my apartment (and likely looming mold growth) could have been prevented had they properly turned over my apartment or at least addressed the concerns that I expressed upon move-in. I mentioned this could have been prevented if they would have looked into my initial requests, and was told that they don't want to just cover up issues (leaks) with paint, which makes it sound like they knew this apartment had a leaking issues but chose to put it on the back burner.
Overall, pretty good concept/units but needs some serious change. I absolutely would not consider this a "Luxurious Living Experience" as stated in their website.

Got in at 3:57pm to tour on Saturday on 5.06.23. I told the lady at the desk I was looking for a 1 bedroom. First she said they are done with tours for the day (they close at 5pm!...), then she said she was training the lady at the desk because it's her 1st day. I looked at my watch and said, you're done touring for the day?!.. She said yes, and then says she didn't have any 1 bedrooms to tour. So which lie is it? What a great way to showcase your customer service in front of a new employee you're training. You could have suggested what you DO have to tour or put a note on the leasing office door. Poor, poor customer service. No thanks. ALL tours end 1/2 before closing, no matter where you go. I've done my fareshare of apartment hunting for YEARS...
