The ol Bait & Switch.
Not a good look to be trying to swindle an extra $1,200-1,500 from the patients owner just minutes before surgery. I agreed to whats on the estimate. If YOUR staff made an error on the paperwork, it seems like YOU should shoulder the burden and not me. Classic teachable moment. Oh well, plenty of fish in the sea

They are amazing I was an emergency walk in Worried about my baby and they had him checked in and had an estimate ready for me within minutes not over priced and ver friendly not to mention communication thru the whole day he was there!! They are my baby Zeus new primary vet for sure!! Thank you all for taking care of my pit Bull baby Zeus yall are amazing!! Hes doing amazing thank you so much!!

Bear valley vet handled an emergency situation very well when a poor dog got hit by a car near by. All staff was hands on deck
