UCHealth Allergy and Immunology Clinic - Cherry Creek

Met with Rebin Kader to talk about my allergy symptoms and ways to control it. He was very thorough in his explanations and examples. Was not rushed and took all the time I needed before leaving. Amazing experience as Im used to feeling like the doctor is in a rush to the next patient. Would recommend Dr. Kader 100%.

Horrible Patient Billing & Notification Process - I just went to this allergy clinic - my first experience in the UCHealth network - and had the worst experience. I was told I had to go to the main campus, not one of the closer local doctor's offices. I was required to go in for 3 visits (requiring 3 specialist copays) for a single allergy test. And I just received my bill showing that instead of billing this as an in-office test, it's been billed as a hospital procedure so my insurance isn't covering it. This means I now owe an unexpected $500. I called billing to speak with them about this process and ask why I wouldn't have been informed about the unusual billing procedure before they did it - this is just bare minimum in quality care - and was told it's not the doctor's offices responsibility to inform me about billing. This is borderline unethical to not inform patients who don't know the ins and outs of billing and the system that they will be hit with an astronomical bill, and then tell them there is nothing you can do. I'll never go there again.
