THEY HAVE MY BUSINESS DATA AND WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR EVEN LIST A PHONE NUMBER! RUN FOR THE HILLS! MOREOVER, I JUST NEED TO ADD A NEW PAYMENT METHOD AND THIER SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW IT?????????????? POORLY DESIGNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE USING QB AND ALL MY CLIENTS WILL BE DIRECTED FAR AWAY FROM THIS NON-SENSE. TAKE A BUSINESS COURSE AND LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WISH I COULD GIVE YOU "0" STARS!

They maintain a wall so that when issues arise, customers can't contact them. I attempted to log into my business account this week, and I am unable to log into the account now because Xero decided to MANDATE two-step authentification for CURRENT CUSTOMERS - even ones unable to meet the threshold for their very specific two-step arrangement let alone unwilling. So I can't quote or invoice customers, can't execute bookkeeping, and we're going out of business. I'm not "thinking" anything: access is blocked. Period. As well, I certainly don't care about your "intentions": your behavior is driving us out of businessof course with the best of intentions, as the security of the data of my business is so important to Xero that they're making it impossible for their own customers to access the customer's own data.
