Horrible customer service! The lady who answers the phone is completely unprofessional. She told me she would call me back in a couple of days to schedule a time to come out. A week later still haven't heard back. I'm told, "we can't do it". No reason as to why, nothing. She just made it clear they were not interested in my business. Called England fence in Montrose, way better communication and more reputable!

The best fence! I got several bids for a privacy fence and Randy was fair, professional, and fast. The fence was done in a couple of days and it's quality is outstanding! I would give 10 stars if i could.

From my first phone call, RL Smith Fence was the most responsive of the various fencing vendors I contacted. Fortunately, the higher level of service didn't result in a higher quote. The project was completed in about 8 hours. Ryan the project manager and Owner's son was pleasant and the end product was exactly to the agreed upon specifications. Ryan and his crew even helped with trimming some tree branches that were in the way, and they hauled the branches away with every bit of debris from the project itself, including every part of the old fence. The area was spotless when they were done. The quality of the fence is such that I doubt I will need their services for another ten or fifteen years, but when the time comes, I won't hesitate to give them another call. Highly recommended.
