Being the only dentist in Cripple Creek you would think they take walk ins when the patient is in extreme pain but to my surprise when calling them today they stated they would not see my son until next month???

The staff was so friendly, Very professional, Made you feel very welcome . I would prefer this place to anyone. The office and building inside made me think of an old Norman Rockwell painting,the beautiful hardwood floors. The dentist was so thorough and very professional, friendly made me feel secure and safe.

Scheduled an appointment for gum pain. Met with Pat and she did a thorough exam to determine I needed extra love on my gums and teeth. After sharing with her my past experiences of horrible dentists, she reassured me that she would take excellent care of me. I went to the first half of my cleaning and was so happy with the results and care she took in ensuring I was pain free the entire time. I could tell a very large difference on the side of my mouth that had been cleaned vs the one still needing to be done. My gums no longer hurt or bleed and after my other half was done just two days ago....I couldnt be more thrilled with the results! These folks actually care about the patient experience and do an outstanding job!!! Im actually looking forward to my next appt in 3 months!!

My husband and I tried to get our second authorized dental cleaning for 2019 here in Colorado because we are stuck here due to an emergency situation and upcoming orthopedic surgery and we did not want to lose our second insurance authorized dental cleaning for this year.  Ruth was very helpful, however after I had requested our dental X-Rays from 2019 and dental records from Florida, the dental hygienist called us and told us that she won't do the cleanings unless she can do NEW X-rays and it did not matter that we already had full mouth X-Rays for 2019. A second set of full mouth X-Rays in one year are NOT covered by our insurance so we had to cancel the appointments. IF this dentist would have accepted our current 2019 X-Rays from another dentist we would have to go there twice, one appointment for the check-up and a second appointment for the cleaning.  We found another dentist who scheduled us within one week for a cleaning without requiring us to do a second full mouth X-Ray in one year and pay out of pocket for the unnecessary second set of current 2019 X-Rays.
