Heather and her team were amazing through the whole process. Her knowledge of all the CB and Mt. CB areas was impressive, and she took extra time to help us select the most amazing property in the perfect part of town. Heather’s team saw the contracts and documentation clearly through the closing process, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of realtors! Highly recommended!! We worked with Heather Connor of Black Diamond Resort Group to find the perfect property for us in Crested Butte, CO and could not be happier with the outcome. Heather was very knowledgeable of the area and the market, and she did a great job selecting properties to show us that matched our interests and price range. When we came to Heather with properties we found on our own, she was very transparent and honest with her opinion on whether or not she thought the property would be a good fit. And when she agreed the property was a good fit, she was more than willing to line up a showing for us. Heather has great communication and response times which is very helpful when moving in a market as hot as Crested Butte currently is. We loved her aerial drone pics as well! She made the whole experience very enjoyable and we ended up with a property we will cherish for many years to come.

Heather made the process of purchasing real estate remotely much easier than expected. She connected us with local professionals that helped us throughout the process, she was very communicative, and she obviously has a vast understanding of the market in CB. Heather went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and supported when purchasing from afar. Without a doubt, we would recommend her to anyone looking in the area.
