We stayed at the Porch House in downtown CB! The view was great, the house was also cozy and well- decorated. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make big dinners and make fires. We loved our experience and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The property we stayed at was amazing and was one block from all the shopping and dining in CB. The manager was super friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!!

I have never left review at any locations before but I would like to share some information with future tenants of this property. Please let me know if I am wrong.
This property charged $480 cleaning fee on the agreement and 4-5 days after we check out, they charged another $330 for excessive cleaning fee. Total of $810 cleaning fee for 3 Night stay. Please make sure to ask them what includes and not includes for their large amount of regular cleaning fee. They sent 2 usual picture of house when I request and after couple of days, they are sending another picture of Carpet.
Be careful, if you email the lady name Tracy, she will ask you not to send her any other extra emails for proof otherwise there will be additional Administrative fee for her time to spending with you on email ))) It's been proven. She sent me that email about additional fee for responding
I have received these pictures below from Tracy, She is professional for extra money charges. I have received this carpet picture yesterday and other 2 pictures 5 days ago but we left this property 10 days ago. It is easy to blame someone after they gone.
