A little while back, they incorrectly installed a faucet in my parents' house and, as a result, the faucet will now no longer turn off completely. When we called to ask them to fix it, they said that they will not do anything for us because they are too busy.

They used to be my favorite go to plumbers. As a GC I have used them to sub-contract new construction plumbing for nearly 20 years. They were reliable, but this winter they let me down big. They lied about when they would show up three times and pulled their guys off the job twice. They are FIRED!

Timberline replaced my hot water heater for me. It of course went out on a Friday afternoon but they came to install on Saturday saving us from a weekend without hot water. I'd recommend them anytime.

I hired Timberline Mechanical to work on a leaky pump and service a boiler that they had maintained intermittently over five years. After paying them they continued to send invoices and demand money that they had already received forgetting to mention they had installed new accounting software and lost track of their accounting. This was a minor problem that I solved by sending proof of their mistake. The real problem was when I hired a new mechanical company to work on a leaky pipe - they thankfully discovered a 1/2" hole dead center in the exhaust pipe of the boiler - adjacent to old bolts and part Timberline had left behind. For whatever reason they overlooked this hole allowing carbon monoxide to leak into the lower level of my home. Supposedly these holes can be made to test the exhaust. Luckily the room was vented, not near sleeping quarters or children, but had been leaking poisonous air into into my house for months. After calling Timberline and sending an image they were rude, did not own up to anything, apologize or return phone calls.
