        This place is a scam and should not be allowed on Airbnb/HomeAway nightly rental platform sites with long-term tenants also in place at property. Property Owner, Eric Johnson rents out basement bedroom of listing for $1050 a month for 12/month lease (I am long-term tenant for basement bedroom of listing). New guests frequently arrive at 0400 and wake me up 2-3 times per week. Property is not structurally sound and ceiling is showing signs of collapse from guests walking around upstairs all night. Guests throw loud parties and are disruptive to hot water & parking on property, and show little signs of respect. Please help stop the scam!

        BUYER BEWARE! This property is a scam & has an obnoxious downstairs tenant who blasts music all hours of the night. Horrible experience. Do not recommend staying here.

        Great place to stay. I didn't take many pictures but the kids loved the pond (so did the adults). Kids swam, we caught a bunch of crawdads, some little sunfish and a couple cat fish, even this little snake. Great place to relax and enjoy!
