Best awning was excellent on initial install. I just had to get new shingles put up because of hail, Best awning took down system and reattached just like original install. They are awesome!

I worked with Tyler and Teresa on purchasing new fabric and aluminum covering for my SunSetter awning at my home. I identified Best Awning company through the SunSetter website and had not previously had the opportunity to work with the company. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Best Awning Company to anyone looking to purchase an awning or repair an existing awning on their home. When I started the project at my home, I initially worked with Teresa. Teresa did a great job of communicating with me to answer any questions I had as well as setting up a time with me for Tyler to come out to my house so that I could look at fabric samples and he could confirm measurements, etc. Teresa returned all of my messages within one business day, which I appreciated. Also, she kept me up to date during the process of the shipping, receipt, and scheduling of the installation. Overall I found Teresa to be very thorough and professional the entire time I worked with her. Tyler came to my house and measured the existing awning and provided me with several options for repairing the fabric. What I appreciated most about Tyler's approach was that he presented my options to me in a very straight forward and fact-based manner. Tyler did not, in my opinion, try to oversell me on the most expensive or premium fabric. Instead, I felt that he honestly represented the pluses and minuses of each option, the expected wear life under regular use, and also made a couple of suggestions for extending the usefulness of the awning beyond those estimates. Tyler also let me know about potential additional costs upfront in case the arms of the awning were found to be damaged or needing repair. When he left, I felt that I had received a fair estimate and also that he had covered several contingencies, including the cost, so that I wasn't surprised with extra or additional charges. The installation of the awning and aluminum cover was relatively painless from my point of view. The team arrived in a branded van, and after I showed them the location of the awning started working. Because the work performed was on the exterior of the house, I did not need to stay through the entire installation. Before leaving, the team called me and let me know about one item related to the motor attached to the awning that they noticed during install. I appreciated the information. Also, I noticed after they had left that they had replaced all of the items on my patio to their original location, and the space looked clean. Overall I was pleased with my experience, and I would call Best Awning Company in the future if I had a similar need.

Shockingly great service, and the best products and prices you can get anywhere! The Best Awning Company crew is prompt, courteous, and professional... and their installers are employees, not sub-contractors, so they have skin in the game when it comes to doing the job right. My wife and I LOVE our new retractable awning... we especially love the dimmable LED lights embedded in the awning frame, which really lend a festive atmosphere to our deck. We're fortunate enough to have amazing views, and the pros at Best Awning Company knew EXACTLY how to install the awning so that it gives us more year-round use of the space without blocking any of the great view. And the weather-sensing equipment is fantastic! We do get moderate-to-high winds from time to time, and we don't have to worry about damage to our beautiful new awning... it senses the wind and closes itself automatically, even if the gusts came up after we made a quick run to the store and left the awning open. Really, I don't know why more people don't give Best Awning Company a call and get more enjoyment out of their outdoor space. Our property value has gone up, and we're looking forward not only to enjoying the deck MUCH more comfortably (the awning keeps it about 20 degrees cooler out there)... we're also looking forward to saving money on our utility bills, since the sun isn't constantly beating on the doors and windows and our HVAC system has less work to do. We will even be able to sit out there in the winter now! And I really don't know why more of our local restaurants don't go for great awnings like this... the cheap umbrellas you see at some locations really don't cut it, and now, with restaurants having to be set up for "social distancing," every bit of outdoor space they could use might be huge for them. THANKS Tyler, and everyone at Best Awning Company, for a job EXTREMELY well done! Fantastic company! When you call Best Awning, you talk to a human, and when they come out to visit you and see what will work at your business, you're talking to Tyler (the OWNER)... the most knowledgeable awning expert in the company (and maybe anywhere), not a sales person. They use installation crews who are real pros. They work for Best Awning (they're not subcontractors), and you can really tell these guys have worked together for years and know their stuff. And they're FUN guys to have around! I can't imagine a better company to do business with.
