STRATA Wellness at Garden of the Gods Resort

I got my hair and makeup done at the salon at GOG for my wedding rehearsal dinner and I was so pleased with how everything came out! The staff was so nice and accommodating and Sandra Dee was incredible! She is such an amazing make up artist and has had years of experience, even working with top celebrities! I love dramatic eye makeup and she totally got my vibe and made me look flawless! I would recommend her to anyone and would go back to her in a second! 5 stars all the way for this salon!

A spa pedicure and eyebrow wax for my wife. Men's pedicure for me. This was incredible from start to end. The staff was the best part. I can't imagine having anything less than a perfect experience with Strata.

I called today to set up an appointment. I spoke to ERIN. She was rude. Judging people base on their accent is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Yes, I have an accent and to me she has an accent but I met her half way and did not bring up the way she talks. It not because someone has an accent that you cannot do your best to understand them; we have to respect each other differences. I define her has being discriminative, judgmental, rude and inconsiderate; now I understand why she never called me back months ago when I left her a message. If you have an accent and need their service, please find a different place. Erin, a good advice for you, if you do not understand what someone says base on their accent politely ask them to repeat themselves. That's what a professional does.

Stella at the Salon is the best stylist that I have every had. She listens carefully to the style that you feel your best in wearing and then creates it with phenomenal results. Her coloring and cutting skills are the finest that I've ever found, even after living in several states. I would highly recommend Stella at the Salon to feel like your most spectacular self. Mediocre experience at best. I was told on the phone that I was booking an hour and a half facial. I was never told when to arrive so came 7 minutes early. The person at the desk then said we didn't have time to do paperwork and rushed us through a tour. Once in the room the facial ended at 50 minutes, which is not what I was told I had booked. I was never consulted about my skin nor were any products recommended. When coming out of the facial back to the relaxation lounge I was greeted by an empty room with dirty cups and plates as well as crumpled up, used blankets on the chaise lounges. To top it off I had a reaction to the products and developed an itchy rash on my neck and chest. All considered, I will be taking my services back to Omni. No thank you!
