        Curves is without a doubt the best gym for me! The staff and especially the owner, Jayme, are professional, knowledgeable and caring. The workout atmosphere is safe, comfortable and unpretentious. There’s no social game happening here—just a healthy workout for women with women. In addition, the gym offers nutrition classes and targeted exercise classes. There’s no tanning or spas, but that’s perfect for someone like me who just wants a great workout without intrusion and gimmicks.
