I met Lane of Design Refined Co through a mutual friend and needed a website developed. We talked and I hired him for the job. He #1 Started on time #2 Did everything he said he would #3 Completed an awesome website for my roofing business New Peaks Roofing and Restoration. Additionally, he was able to help me with my Facebook page. I will definitely recommend him to others and am grateful to have crossed paths with him. He has excellent communication skills with his clients as well. I am very pleased.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Lane completed for me! I was actually surprised, in that as a website designer, he actually exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, quick turn-around, and ability to effectively communicate. His design work and picture selection was top notch and he made me feel like he was part of my company - in terms of how much he cared. I’ve been working with Lane for a couple of month to redevelop my website from scratch, as well as added services to have him create & manage my Google AdWords campaigns. I was looking for a bump in client bookings, and a simple but pretty website. He has definitely exceeded my expectations by far! My website is more creative and seamless than I could have thought, and my client bookings have increased by a few hundred percent since he took over my Google Ads. Hundred! I’m busier than I’ve ever been and he has been patient, communicative, and so helpful with all of the things I’m clueless about. He also delivered more than i was expecting, and quickly!! Highly recommend :) Looking forward to continuing the working relationship.
