01/02/2023 Update: our entire neighborhood was skipped. Pickup is on Friday and they decided not to come on the busiest trash week of the year. If you like holding extra trash in your garage, then this is the company youre looking for!
I wish I could switch, but were tied to them through our HOA. However, our HOA, which consists of roughly 50 homes, is highly considering switching to a different trash company due to frequent missed pickups. They literally miss picking up the recycling for an entire street of 15 houses every time there is a holiday. Maybe hire more drivers?

I'm switching to Infinite Disposal.
This used to be a 5-star review until they were purchased by Waste Connections. I've now gone 3 weeks with missed pickups. Terrible communication. The migration to their new system was such a hassle.
My cans are left literally 10 feet in the middle of the street. I have to call every week to ask about why my cans haven't been picked up. I keep getting conflicting stories from customer service if I happen to get ahold of someone. I've left 4 messages with no callbacks. So disappointed.
UPDATE: Moved to a new house with an HOA that regrettably uses Waste Connections. I had 8 separate issues in the first 5 weeks of living there. Missed pickups, broken promises of pickups and callbacks, payment issues with recycling, over billing for recycling... On and on. New address, same old problems from this nightmare of a company. Ive had several problems with Springs Waste. The most important is that they dont answer the phone. You leave your number for a call back and it takes them at least a day to get back to you. My garbage was supposed to be picked up on Friday they sent a message saying it would be picked up on Saturday instead because of the weather. Today is Tuesday of the following week and the garbage is still in front of my house. Service: Trash removal & disposal

Trash company. Going on 2 weeks without pickup. First I can understand due to the negative temps. Second time we got like an inch of snow. Its Colorado, an inch of snow shouldnt stop business. Service: Trash removal & disposal
