Gary Brown came in and demonstrated their air purifier & vacuum system! Wow! While we can't afford it right now, they are having amazing specials and I would highly recommend them. We will be saving up the cash to buy one in 2020 for sure! Contact Gary and have him come over with these amazing machines ASAP.

Where is this place? I’ve walked around in this intersection for hours now and I’ve been called all sorts of names, but I can’t find this store. My vacuum is way more messed up now than it was when I left home with it.

I'd give no stars if I could. Craig's customer service is a joke! Our vaccum motor wasn't working so we called him. He wanted to us to try troubleshooting it over the phone. We let him know that we knew what was wrong but he still made us go through super condescending instructions like "is it plugged in." Once we were done with that he let us know that he would be at our house to repair it before Friday. Friday comes and we get a call. He tells us we live too far away (20 min) and he didn't want to make the trip that day. He then tells us he'll get back with us Monday. He never calls and never shows. I called him Thursday to remind him we were waiting. He let's us know that he can come the next day to help. When he shows up he starts doing the things we already did over the phone with him as If we're idiots and didn't do it right. He agrees that it's the motor that's not working and he was going to order the piece in and bring it to us Monday. Monday comes and I get a call. He doesn't want to drive back to our place again so he asks us to meet him at a Safeway parking lot on Union. He proceeds to give us the worst directions ever to get to that Safeway. When we get there we find out that there are two safe ways on union and we are at the wrong one. We ask him to just meet us at this one and he refuses. He tells us that we need to pay him to ship it to us if we didn't want to drive to the Safeway he wanted. He proceeds to yell at my husband over the phone about how much money he saved us, which we were in warranty. He was literally just doing his job. When we decide to go ahead and meet him at the other Safeway he condescendingly said "good choice" before hanging up. We get to the other Safeway and he's not even there. We have to wait for him and when he finally does show up my husband got out of his truck. Craig hands the part to him and tell him he replaced a connector. When my husband says thank you Craig yells "you're welcome" rudely back at him. This man has no idea how to run a business or what customer service etiquette is. I've worked retail and even when the customer was 100% wrong I never talked to them the way he talked to us. If I had I would have been fired.
