I got my bachelor's degree at NAU Centennial, Colorado in 2018. It was mixture of good and bad. We had school teacher that was super rude and reading slides. Some instructors with Doc degree don't know how to do lecture or presentation. I called recently to check about my transfer docs. Lady on the phone, Cadi was super rude. GET YOUR EDUCATION SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE DOES NOT WORTH IT! Sorry for yelling. - Sh. Shomuratov

My experience with NAU has been absolutely terrible. You get a new “advisor” every term, and they never know anything about you academics. They lie and tell you a graduation date then add on YEARS of schooling until you can get your degree. When you are explaining your situation to a new face, they promise to figure it out and you never hear back. As a cash paying (no financial aid) student, who gets all A’s and B’s, I have never experienced such terrible service. They change around stuff all the time, they are no longer offering classes at the campus, which is one of the reasons I wanted to go to school here. If I could take back the money I’ve put into this school, I would without a doubt. If I could give zero stars, you better believe I would. At this point, I don’t even know if my degree is real. Let’s hope my classes transfer to another school. Only one positive note, Jennifer in financial aid is literally the only nice and helpful person at the Colorado Springs campus.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience with the students and more importantly the staff at this campus. Melanie Caro an Mark Hull have been their to coach and mentor me on my educational journey. My student advisor Melanie continuously motivates me and gives me unparalleled direction and guidance as well as the most up to date information on my schedule and classes. Mark, my campus director makes a point to ensure that my experience continues to be a pleasant one. I make a point to mention my experience with NAU to each and every person interested in attending college. NAU is hands down the best institution I have been a part of. The entire organization serves as an ambassador for humanity and higher learning, I am proud to say I will have earned my degree from NAU.
