We went in about 930 Saturday 5/21 and was seated but never greeted. We waited a while. On the way out one of the waitresses said oh well hes got a twenty top. Is there no team work here? Like hey, can you greet my table and get me a drink order while I check on my twenty top? The place was empty pretty much. Not wasting my time there again.

I ordered the two lobster tails and I was with a group of people and I honestly felt embarrassed that I ordered it. I have never seen smaller lobster tails in my life. They were over cooked the service was very mediocre. I didnt say anything because I was with a group of friends and I didnt want to seem like a complainer, especially since I ordered the most expensive meal out of all of them. I love lobster and I am from Sarasota Florida. I cant even watch a video on the the internet that has to do with lobster without thinking about how ripped of I was by this place

I can't say enough nice things about Brian, his restaurant, and his staff. We enjoyed our dinner immensely. Brian handled the incident that did happen with the most grace and professionalism, just the way you would be treated by a dear friend.

I ordered a filet($26) and it wasn't a filet. More like a sirloin. Our server was great but worst steak I've ever had at an outback.
