I walked in with a package and a UPS shipping label. I asked if I could have a piece of tape to close my package and affix the label, and the lady was really very nice and said, “Sure!” And then she said, “As long as you’re okay paying $1.56.” All I could do was laugh and walk out. Look, I know times are tough with inflation and low supplies, but when UPS is hard up on tape… things have got really bad.

Updated review do to recent experience after trying this store again since it's closer to home. I have amazon prime, they work with UPS. I had a return that said UPS will pack, label, and ship for free. NEVER had an issue anywhere else. But this rude man wants to charge me 1.50 for tape? What the heck is going on?? This place should be out of business, money hungry, and the worst customer service! Very disappointed how my wife was treated. I can't believe how Josh is a manager at this store. You guys all know we deserve a refund, and doing what's right. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Everyone should be aware of the invisible fine print. If you pay for guaranteed delivery it won't get there on time, and apparently they're not liable. Scammers, I will never use this company again!

I had a relatively simple printing need, and the UPS location located just northeast of this one struggled mightily with it. But I reached out to this location and the Manager, Courtney King, took my call and then responded immediately to my email with the print job. I went in later that day and picked them up seamlessly! While they solved my printing need, I was also able to watch Courtney and her team help other customers with their various needs very well also (unlike the other location I mentioned above whose newer, manager-less team was able to do). Highly recommend this location and feel confidence in everything I saw to hopefully push more people their direction. You won't be disappointed!
