I rated 3 stars because the until I have, it looks like a homeless person was sleeping there with their dog. Hall area had a lot of his/her personal belongings

This facility is far from secure, in the last 6 months almost 200 units have been broken into. The facility only has one camera and that's at the main gate. Management has made us aware that they will not install any more cameras and that they will not replace burnt out light bulbs so the facility remains dark at night and is left open to all thieves. We have also been made aware of that the old management team Terry and his wife we're cutting locks and bidding on storage units that were put up for auction as they were aware of what was inside of the units because they were the ones cutting the locks. No criminal charges were ever brought up against the two which makes me feel like it was inside job all the way up through the district manager. This facility needs a lot of help to make it an actual SecurCare self storage

Don't rent a unit here. There are zero cameras on the property. Didn't know that until our unit was broken into. They broke through the wall from the unit on the other side.

My storage has been broken into 3 times already. 2 in the last month!!
