As a sub contractor,who Aspen Roofing reached out to to repair a roofing job that they sub contracted to another roofing company,I have to say it has been by far the worst roofing contrator I have ever worked for.They dont actually do the roof,they sub contract to other roofers,when problems arise they call other sub contrators to fix the problem,if they dont like what the sub contrator says about what it will take to fix the roof,they find the cheapest way to fix it.As a roofer and someone who takes pride in what he does,do your homework.Hirer a company who is local and actually does the work. I bought a house with a coated metal roof Aspen Roofing had installed some years prior. They come out to inpect at no charge whenever an issue arises, and are very helpful and courteous. My main issues have been with skylights, and they have replaced most of mine at reasonable cost. Karen is very responsive from the office, and Steve is patient, thorough, and communicates clearly.
