Art (owner/sandwich-maker extraordinaire) is the man. He and his staff care a lot about the customer experience. I always enjoy hitting this place up for lunch because I know I'll get the same consistency every time. The place can be a little cost-heavy for a lunch, but the experience is worth it. The ingredients are all high-quality too: they use Boars Head meat products. This is hands-down the best place to eat lunch at Chapel Hills mall.

Good food, staff was great they was friendly and made jokes while orders was being made. Lots of fun to get a pb&j.

I was very impressed with the customer service and the reasonably priced menu at PB & Jellies New York Deli. They use good quality ingredients and deliver straight to the Academy! I spoke with the owner who is a USAFA grad and he prides himself on good quality food and prompt delivery service. My son loved his sandwich, chips, and drink and it only cost me $6.50, which included the $1.50 delivery fee! Most menu items are between $5-$10 and include the chips and drink. Your Cadet can create a delivery account and parents can add gift card credit towards their account anytime. I know my son will be ordering again! It is a like a little piece of home for our cadets so far away! You can't beat that my friends!

The staff was so wonderful! Took time to explain the different jellies and butters. My kids loved the sandwiches and the popsicles. I will recommend and return.

I got the pastrami sandwich because supposedly it's the best in Colorado Springs. I was immediately disappointed when it showed up. The sandwiches are pictured with heaps of meat on them and supposed to be 1/2 of a pound. There was probably three ounces of meat (average amount for a sandwich anywhere you go) not piles as depicted. The bread was already getting soggy when I got it so you probably shouldn't get anything to go. The pricing is also not worth it in my opinion $12 for the sandwich in a food court. Their pricing is what you'd expect in a good deli not a food court. The employee was coughing the whole time she's making the sandwich so that was a little concerning. Should have read the other comments talking about how unsanitary the employees are so I could went somewhere else. There's plenty of other restaurants in the area to eat at I'd suggest going to one of them over this place. So if you like over paying for average food with below average employee cleanliness this place might be for you. I will never be coming back here.
