    We live living here! Its super quiet and peaceful. Its close to everything with easy access to Academy, Hwy 115 and Ft Carson. The staff is amazing and friendly and responds to issues quickly.

    This place is so, so, but leaning closer to ehh. The price you pay for the apartments, why are the washer and dryers so small? Early 2000s dishwasher that is so loud. Gas stove that you can only start it with a lighter. Yesmaintence was called and they did what they could with what the complex provides. Why do apartments still have carpet through out?! Ill never understand that. Now lets talk about the parking lot. Ample parking BUT the human size pot holes every 3 feet and everywhere is ridiculous! Lets also talk about the dumpster divers that come at night, and no they dont live here! Plus when they dive and dig, they leave the dumpster area in shambles; literally all over the ground, outside the dumpsters everywhere. Pet friendly for sure, but poop is not picked up and dogs off leash in an open parking lot. If you want to keep up with your competition you need to focus on upgrades (and quite a few of them) and fix the parking lot!

    I have been a resident of this apt for 2+ years. The maintenance is fantastic. The pool is wonderful. The OFFICE is a nightmare and I attribute that to one person. Jen Aho.she is truly an awful person. I spent my last night available night in the hot tub with 5 other residents. We bonded on what a horrible mgr she is, VERY unprofessional and rude. 3 of those tenants are not going resign their lease because of her. Mgmt got rid of Kelly when the real problem is JEN AHO! I have not been in the office in the last year because I the office is so unwelcoming. I literally have anxiety going to the office because I KNOW Im going to be treated like absolute garbage. MANY tenants feel this way. Hopefully, we can get more welcoming office staff without her. Everything is AWESOME about this place. This office is broken and VERY unwelcoming.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! I came to inquire today about an apartment however, I encountered an extremely rude person by the name of JENIFER AHO (assistant manager)how somebody like that is allowed to be a manager at any property is beyond me. It goes to show what kind of property management they are if theyre going to allow a manager to continue on the way that she is!! shes extremely rude and racist. I came in there with my family and she had made a racist comment and identified us as these people ( we are Hispanic) and when I told her that she was being rude, and I will be calling corporate she said that they couldnt do anything. I saw somebody coming into the complex inquiring about apartment. I deterred them and everybody who asked me. I will also deter because this is a terrible property to be at. Customer service is not a job for Jennifer and she should be removed immediately. The way she treated the leasing agent was extremely rude and she was yelling at her and pointing just cause she was trying to help.
