PLEASE Be careful with this company. They are NOT on their residences side when it comes to their well being. Be careful dealing with Don. You will have to do your OWN maintenance. Don should not be dealing with people face to face or on the phones. Poor customer service. The contract is loosely worded for their benefit!!!!!

My family and I rented from Caravan Properties for 4 years. We had no issues with the service or response times from them. We were treated great the whole time we were there. A special thank you to Sheri, Don, Marguerite, and the team at Caravan Properties!

These people are so unprofessional. The building is in poor condition, the customer care does not care and will literally hang up in your face, and the maintenance takes forever even for necessities.
