No Place Like Home

I could tell you 3 dozen horror stories that occurred between myself & my landlady from this agency (ruth fezette), but the worst of them all was towards the end. She gave us a 10 day notice to move out otherwise she said she would charge us 200 extra per day, since she sold the house. I had paid an entire month in advance & weeks after I left she still had not given me the deposit nor the extra amount of rent I paid. Then she fabricated 3500 dollars worth of repairs & said I could have 100 dollars back. Turns out the house wasnt even sold & she didn't nothing but lie to get us out & then find a way to steal all of my money. I'd sooner die than recommend them to anyone, they only want your money & to waste your time. Beware.

Bob and his team go above and beyond for their clients in a way that not all mortgage lenders do. They'll take the time to help their clients get their credit back on track, if needed, and advise them every step of the way, and then when the timing is right, help them qualify for the best loan options. I've known of times where they are willing to lose money if it means doing the right thing by their clients. You won't go wrong reaching out to them to help you find the best home loan options, or to refinance your current loan. Couldn't recommend them more highly!
