I worked for this company from May 2020 - February 2021. The owner Kyle Waugh is playing an employment game where you get paid piecework. This means you end up making less than half minimum wage, because of poor management that leads to long drawn out projects. This mismanagement runs into almost all projects, and causes them to be delayed. While I worked there, I'd estimate 75% of our projects took double the time we told the customer. During my time working for this company, my pay averaged out to about 6$/ hour, and the other employee doing production didn't do any better. This doesn't even account for the overtime I put in several weeks of each month, AND the crazy hours. The owner kept me enticed with lots of talk, but it came down to just talk.

I have been working with this company off and on since their inception. You couldnt ask for a more honest owner. Even if a mistake or perceived mistake is made, he makes it right without question. Always up for a challenge and down to complete any task. Thank you for all you do Kyle!
