        Selling our home and needed our septic tank emptied and inspected prior to sale. The good: Friendly, came out on short notice The Bad: Finished pumping the tank, looked to be conducting a function test and/or an inspection. When he was done said he wasnt licensed to conduct an inspection. This information shouldve been disclosed prior to accepting and doing the job. We now have to contact another septic company to perform the work in its entirety. Note: El Paso county requires a licensed inspector to file the transfer of ownership paperwork with the county in order to sell the home. In short, we paid $580 for half the job. Save your time and money! Service: Sewer cleaning
