        I sincerely regret calling this company. Its been a long time since Ive experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time. We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.
