Entire staff is very nice, fun and helpful. Ally is the bomb! If I knew the others names I would give them a shout as well. Can't believe I endured King Soopers grouchy staff for so many years. The staff here makes the parking worth it. Keep up the great work!

The lines are always long. Today was the same, 3 people in front of me and 5 plus behind me. When it was my turn the lady yelled she needed a refrigerated prescription. She yelled the spelling of my last name and the name of my prescription for everyone to hear. I was mortified and confused with my privacy.

Ive never had such issues with a pharmacy before. They are super slow & the last 6 times Ive called, Ive only gotten on the phone with one person. I sat on hold for 35 minutes without ANYONE even answering to asking me to hold. Seems like their phones dont even work which is so frustrating. So every time I need anything even a question, I have to drive 15 mins just go to into the store and wait in line. I have a specific medicine that has to be ordered, so I went in a week before I was out to get it filled to make sure it would be filled before I left town for a week, called the day they told me it would be here & I get oh, we have to order it thats exactly why I went into the store a week prior!! So now I have to go 4 days without this medicine. Definitely done using them unfortunately.
